Since being established in 1992, Llimah International Ltd has been a market leader in effectively extending the life cycle of textiles from across the UK and Europe. It has always been an important facet of our business that we maintain an environmentally, economically and socially sustainable practice.

This process involves the purchasing of unwanted stocks of shoes and clothing from the textile industry, providing an outlet for what is essentially classified as waste and otherwise disposed of. These items are then sorted and processed for export to African countries.

We have established long term relationships with many organisations both large and small, from manufacture to retail, providing us with a large network of resources for greater variety of product.

This process enables us to significantly reduce the impact the textile industry has on the environment, in terms of landfill and pollution,
whilst also providing African markets with affordable footwear and clothing.
